iCHOR MEDiA offer two types of 12cm DVDs, Duplicated DVD's for smaller production runs typically 500 discs or less and replicated DVD's for larger production runs. The high capacity DVDs are ideal for getting the maximum amount of content onto a standard DVD so If you are looking for promotional dvds for your company , we provide a range of multimedia services, design and replication and duplication styles to accommodate any project.

Duplicated DVD's 12cm

These high capacity DVDs come with a full colour glossy laser label and are great for small rus between 50 to 500 discs. Duplicated CD-R discs have a writable layer where data is "burnt" with a CD-R writer Unlike CD-ROM where the data is pressed into the product as it is manufactured, . We use specialised CD-R print and lacquer duplication machinery that can quickly produce high quality discs that are perfect for small quantities or very fast turnaround on larger volume productions. These discs are also suitable if your artwork design includes a wide range of colours or fine details as the print resolution is very high.

We duplicate:

  • Standard DVD-R (4.7GB) print and burn
  • Dual layer DVD-R (8.5GB) print and burn

Replicated CDs 12cm 700mb

DVD replication disc come complete with either silk screen printing or offset litho printing and are best suited for larger runs of 500 discs or more. Replication is an efficient and cost-effective production method for larger quantities of discs, over 500. Due to the set up costs of the manufacturing process Replicated discs are not suitable for small disc quantities. Replicated CDs are printed using a five colour silk screen or offset lithographic process. This means the artwork is printed directly onto the front of the disc, the standard process for most commercially made discs, the finish is tough and durable and the artwork won't fade or be easily scratched or damaged .
